Hello there!

My name is Johanna, but you can call me Jo. I'm from all over the south, currently living in Evansville, IN, with my wonderful husband and our two parti poodles- Bobbie and Millie.

If you’ve ventured through my site you may have noticed a lot of Memphis art! My family evacuated to Memphis after Hurricane Katrine in 2005. Finished grade school and high school in Memphis, left for college, and returned to paint it! As fate will have it, I met my now husband downtown while I was working at a pop-up on Main Street :)

I have been painting all kinds of things since Kindergarten. Very thankful for my mom who has supported and encouraged me since day one. I couldn't be here without her and God, of course.
